Please Note first:
- Shipping fee is free only if our products are defective in quality;
- Items returned or exchanged should be unworn, unused, unwashed(unless it’s a fading problem), in good shape, and with their original tags/package.
- For sanitary reasons, beauty products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
- Free gifts should be returned to us together with the items.

1. How many days do I have to return my items?
You have 30 days for most items to return them, but bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty, and accessories CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
2. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?
It depends on what reason you applied for this return.
- When you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll cover the shipping fee for return, you pay free and can get full refunds. And there’s another option: we resend you a new item and you return the defective item to us, Or you can keep the items and we partially refund you.
- For non-defective products, you need to cover the shipping fee. If you are confused with the size chart or have any other problems, please immediately contact us at email@example.com.
3. How do I request a return or refund? And where do I return my items to?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return or refund, and we will send you an address to return the items.
Please don’t return items to the address on the original package or the company address, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
4. Where do I receive my funds?
We offer refunds to the original payment method where you paid them.
5. How long will I receive my funds?
For Paypal, it can take about 1 business day for the refunds to be reflected in your account.
For Stripe, it can take 3-15 business days to be reflected in your account (Depending on the bank you attached).
Besides, there is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return; We don't refund original shipping charges except the quality issues.
